ORDERS:
There is a Minimum Order value - EXCLUDING delivery - of £10 per order.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment by debit or credit card, including Electron, Solo & American Express.
In the event that an item is found to be out of stock - we will inform you - email or telephone (please make sure to include a telephone contact with your order) you can then chose to have your items placed on backorder, select an alternative or cancel your order.

Returns & Refunds
Any damages to your delivery upon receipt must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time. We will arrange to collect the goods - which will then be inspected. All original packaging and paperwork must be included. A refund will be processed following inspection, on condition that the product is found to be faulty / damaged.
Items that you wish to return that are not damaged or faulty - must be returned unused, in perfect re-saleable condition, including the original packaging in perfect condition. The original delivery paperwork must also be incuded.
The refund will cover the cost of the goods only. It will not include any original delivery charge. It will not include for the collection costs. Any replacement items required will have the carriage charged for in full.
To return goods you must apply for this in writing via email, fax or letter to the contact below, within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Once we have authorised the return - please ensure that you have covered the item for loss or damage as we cannot be held responsible for this.
