IMPORTANT - Please make sure to supply a contact telephone number for the couriers use - if they cannot contact you and cannot locate the address - the goods may be returned to us and a re- delivery charge will be applied.
Lampe Berger & Point-a-la-Ligne
As it is illegal to send Lampe Berger fragrance/oil via Royal Mail - we always use a courier. This ensures that all Health & Safety issues are covered - the correct labelling for combustable materials is also adhered to.
Delivery is 'Next Working Day', on stocked items - £7.95 per order UK Mainland excluding Scottish Highlands.
Orders with a total value OVER £75 are delivered FREE to UK mainland & BFPO.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands - £10.00 surcharge per order. For Scottish Islands, Eire & Channel Islands £15.00 surcharge per order

'Next working day' is the service that we and our courier try to achieve, at certain busy periods and in certain areas this is not always possible, due to time limitations. Please ALLOW 2 FULL DAYS for your delivery to arrive.
ALL DELIVERIES ARE INSURED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
In the event that you select the incorrect delivery charge for your order (either less or more) we will amend the order and charge your card accordingly. Please ensure that the delivery address is completed accuratly to avoid additional delivery charges.

Lampe Berger & Point-a-la-Ligne Accessories - Wicks/Burners, Tops, Snuffer Caps & Lighters, etc., must be ordered with Fragrance, Lamps and Candles. There is a minumim order value for ALL orders placed of £10 this is excluding carriage / postage.
If you would like an item gift-wrapped - this can be arranged for a minimal charge - please enquire - stating occasion, e.g. wedding etc.

Bathroom Accessories with a total order value of £75.00 or less will be charged £ 7.95 for postage and packing.
All accessory orders OVER £75 - FREE postage / carriage
Mirrors & Cabinets - £25 per delivery* with no limit to the value / quantity ordered - UK mainland only.
Bathroom Furniture inc Basin £55 per delivery* with no limit to the value / quantity ordered - UK mainland only.
Shower Enclosures & Screens £50 per delivery* with no limit to the value / quantity ordered - UK mainland only.
Radiators, Towel Warmers £15 per delivery* with no limit to the value / quantity ordered - UK mainland only.
Undertile Heating - £7.95 per delivery* with no limit to the value / quantity ordered - UK mainland only.

Although many products are stock items - certain items are made-to-order - as follows:
Keuco Mirror cabinets (large) furniture & basins - 4/6 Weeks from order.
Aqata Shower enclosures - 3 Weeks from order.
Villeroy & Boch Furniture & System Baths 4-6 weeks
Villeroy & Boch Sanitaryware and Taps - 1 week
Acova & Bisque Radiators 1week (special order items up to 6 weeks)
ALL of the above is subject to change dependant on time of year due to annual shut downs in Germany, Belguim etc.

*Delivery charges are per delivery - all items on your order will be delivered together, when the order is complete. If you wish us to split deliveries there will be additional delviery charges of one delivery charge per delivery.
All delivery times detailed above are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly advise that you do not book installers until you have received the products ordered - as we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries.
As with the majority of our Bathroom & Kitchen products the manufacturers based in Europe have a summer shut down that is from 2-4 weeks in July & August. This can affect the delivery time on all items manufactured in Europe. Please email for details if delivery time is an issue for you.
